Reflection:

I am enjoying the project so far. It's what i like the most, interpretation from a body of text or analysing an image creating my own. I did go ahead and extend the text a little in the ways that i added a scenery or slightly took away from it. When it speaks of a grotto i formed my own imagery instead of a countryside beach of some sort surrounded by rocks and a murky sky. Weeds/grass coming out from the beach side. One of those seaside beaches that are left as they are and forgotten. The iceberg is an anomaly to me. It stands out.

My most successful interpretation was the long strips. With the collection I was able to set a tone and get all my imagery in my head with just one brief of "the sound", "the atmosphere". It was left to interpretation which i really enjoyed. There was no limit to how you would think to extent where your poem would take place or who the character was or is.
